ภูเขาฟูจิชั้นห้า คือสถานที่ๆเหมือนกับเป็นปากทางเข้าของภูเขาไฟฟูจิ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง คนที่ต้องการมาปีนจนถึงยอดเขา นอกจากนี้ สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ปีน ก็ยังเป็นจุดที่สามารถเห็นยอดเขาได้อย่างใกล้ชิดอีกด้วย เนื่องจากมีเวลาประมาณ 50นาที ในการเที่ยวชมบริเวณนี้ สิ่งที่ผู้เข้าร่วมจะทำได้ก็อย่างเช่นการถ่ายเซลฟี่กับฟูจิแบบใกล้ชิด เดินสูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์ ถ่ายภาพวิวทิวทัศน์ของภูเขาไฟฟูจิ เดินชม ดื่มด่ำกับบรรยากาศรอบๆ และซื้อของฝากก่อนจะขึ้นรถกลับ

Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen-jinja Shrine is an ancient shrine which gained popularity during the Edo Period. The shrine also known as the “North Entrance Fuji Sengen Shrine” as its main shrine is located on the northern side of the mountain. It is Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity that resides in Mt.Fuji. It is said that the famous warlord Takeda Shingen visited this shrine a lot, further adding to its popularity.
