Osaka Castle

Osaka Castle is one of the city's top attractions and is unique in Osaka. Osaka Castle was first built in 1583 by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, but was destroyed after the Osaka Natsu No-jin War in 1615. It was restored in the Tokugawa period. In 1665, lightning struck again. In 1928, the castle was rebuilt by Seki Mayor of Osaka. The money collected from the town to restore the castle. The current Osaka Castle is 55 meters high, with 5 sections, 8 stories inside. It is a museum showing the history of the castle. Each floor exhibits different stories and on the top floor there is a terrace overlooking the city of Osaka with it.
